Invalid Tracking Number for USPS

I have put in the tracking number from USPS exactly how it is on the reciept and I get a email from paypal everytime stating the tracking number is invalid so they will hold my money for 21 days. But when i click on the tracking number and go to the USPS website , it works fine and shows my package delivery details. I even keep in touch with the buyers and they can confirm they received the product.  I dont want to keep having to call paypal and complain that they are holding my money when they can see the package was shipped and received.

Help... has anyone else had this happen??

the postal receipt tracking number is not the tracking number you get when you print the shipping label online,it usually starts with 9400 -------/

Is this a reply to the issues stated above? If so, online labeling was never mentioned anywhere. The issue was the only tracking number given by usps not being valididated by PayPal. Mind you, it accepted 1 of mine but not both. For no apparent reason.

I do not print out the labels from paypal. I dont have a working printer and I enter in my tracking number exactly from USPS reciept. When I click on the tracking number i entered, it goes to the usps website and it will give me the tracking status. Which most of the ones i have sent , have already been delivered(I verify it with the buyer), but im still being told its invalid and have to wait 21 days when it is the correct tracking number.

what is the t racking number rejected by Paypal?

I have quite many that paypal refuses to show as valid. But when i click on the tracking number it shows on the USPS website.  So if it wasnt valid then why is it showing up?
