I am trying to use the Batch invoice Download option under tools. When I go in and click "Batch Invoice Upload" it takes me to a error page shown below. I have read all of the information i can find but it keeps taking me to this error page. Any ideas on how i can execute these batch invoices?
Here is what i have read and the error message I receive. I have tried seberal different computers and browers to make this happen. Keep getting the same error. Can anyone advise?
When i click in the hyper link to bacth invoice FAQ's it takes me to the same error page. I have cleared cookies and catch and all history. Still have the same error.
Import a batch of invoices
Create and send a batch of up to 1,000 invoices by importing a simple CSV file. You can use a spreadsheet template that we provide to fill out the invoice details for each customer. For each invoice, you’ll need to include a minimum of recipient email, item name, and item amount. After you import the file, you can view a summary of the imported invoices before sending. Once you send the file, we email each customer a link to their invoice, which they can then pay online. See the batch invoice FAQs for more details.
