Invoices ?

Over the last 2 days, 2 companies have said they submitted their invoices to PayPal. I received neither. Finally, I asked for their email address and paid them that way. However, even though I marked the on't "friends & family" I was charged a fee. Anyway, why am I not seeing these invoices, anyone know ? Thank you!

I hope you weren't scammed for lack of knowledge.

First, when a seller sends a PayPal invoice it is SENT to the BUYER not to PayPal.  Why would send a stranger a family/friends/GIFT wihout any details about the item.  Why would you send a family/friends/GIFT payment for goods when it is clearly sent with no expectation of receiving anything in return?

When you send a family/friends/gift payment from your PayPal balance to someone within your country you pay no fee.  This is also true if you sent as goods/services; buyer does not pay a fee.

Buy would be charged a fee for using certain credit sources for funding or if currencies are converted.

So now...

What really happened?  What is the full story from the beginning?
