I've been trying to add a logo to my PayPal invoice but it shows up as too small no matter what I resize it too. No matter if it's 2000x2000 or 75x100, it shows up as exactly the same. I've used both a PNG and JPG file.
My logo file was either 300x300 or 500x500, I don't remember which, but works great. The logo was designed to be the right size at 300 or 500.
I didn't see anywhere the specifications for the receipt logo, but it seems that the 300 or 550 x is right. If your logo is designed to be the right visiible size at 2000x then it would be tiny at when added to the packing list. My suggestion would be design the logo it is is apealing at the smaller size.
Thanks for your reply. No matter what size I make the logo, it appears exactly the same on the invoice. I've tried pixels as small as 75x100 and as large as 4000x4000. Very frustrating.
