Making a payment

I'm trying to pay an invoice , and if keeps saying it does not except my card , and I can't figure out why

Are you paying as a guest?

Is your account fully verified? (Personal and Payment methods added and confirmed)

Seller may not accept that card.

It is being declined by card issuer you should receive an email from card company as to why it was declined. PrePaid cards or Reload cards some vendors do not accept or gift cards.
