Migrating PayPal standard subscriptions with woo to new installation

Hi!
We have a wordpress/woo installation which has PayPal subscriptions. Now we want to move to a completely new wordpress installation.

I have read that you cant move paypal subs with PayPal standard.( https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/migrating-subscribers-woocommerce-subscriptions/)
Is this true?

If above is true: Can i upgrade to PRO and then move them?

Is there any other way you would suggest i do it?
