Items are selling on eBay. Payments are being made right away by customers. Emails are taking hours or even days to arrive from paypal. There was an outage at night a few weeks back. Since then it hasn't been working correctly. When I list my account activity including balances and fees SOME payments are being credited, but others are NOT. Seems to follow no pattern. They appear but the balance does not go up. This was the same exact thing that happened when paypal admitted the issue. This time it seems to be here or there. It has happened twice in the past few days that I can tell, but I have not gone through my whole history and checked to make sure they are giving credit, when credit is due. Is there a current known issue? Is the issue that caused this still affecting accounts that were messed up the last time?
We need to depend on our money coming in. It can't be guess work. The products are shipping every time, the customers are paying every time, but we are not getting paid every time.
Please fix this.
