my best friend works for the largest privately funded bank in the country (or one of the biggest) and there is a thing with the FED which can cause a delay, usually 24H at the most (usually) so all parties can "get verified" of funds leaving and entering accounts, and that is domestically. I am sure "off shore" accounts makes it more stick-y. Myself, I just made an order (just over $500.00) not unstandard for me, ut not a daily or even a monthly thing, but car parts add up quick 🙂 now the order has a 72 hr "processing window" and I probably blew $99 for the NEXT DAY (it will be here MONDAY- today is Thursday at 4 PM, time of order was actually around 4:02-4:03 after processing/internet lag.) That's my fault, but 3 days to review a payment/order is a little bit long IMHO. I am glad they are being careful and all, but I want to get the car fixed and not have to do it ALL DAY on the Fourth of JULY. IF I do, I do.... Happy Holiday. I can find more to do on other stuff.
