We appreciate you reaching out to the community. You should visit www.usps.com and click on "Look Up a ZIP code" under the Mail & Ship tab to see what city/town is associated with your zip code. You may not be using the same town as what's listed by USPS. Also, be sure to include a street address on your PayPal account; not just a PO Box.
