They keep giving everyone the run around. And when you finally got to talk with a customer supervisor, they woudl said "When we gety more info we shall get back with you." then put you on infinite hold I have been on hold for the last hours... which I have concluded that there is nothing more they can do as they are not ion contact with the technical people and they are all just TALK.
