New seller-merchant money hold

I am a new merchant and deal with bridal parties and set up. I have 2 brides that are very very angry about why their payments to me are on hold. How long is this hold?

On hold in YOUR paypal account or on hold in THERE paypal accounts, big difference as to the answer.

However if its pending in YOUR paypal account ie the new seller hold then why are your brides angry? Why have you not sent them their items.

Sooner you send, (trackable) and it shows as delivered + 3 days the sooner your funds are released.

I cannot release products until money is received. I was able to transfer the 1st payment to my bank but it's nowhere now. And the 2nd ladies payment -I'm not able to touch it It's sitting in my PayPal account. My bank is verified what else can I do?

If its the new seller hold then if you don't send and get the funds released on delivery + 3 days then you will have to wait 21 days.

If that is the case your buyers will probably file a dispute for non receipt of item and get their money back.

It would also have a big affect on you being able to use Paypal to sell in the future if you get x2 disputes in the first few transactions.
