I have followed all of the simple instructions as to how to void a shipping label. HOWEVER, the one that I created for a First Class International shipment DOES NOT have a "Void Shipment" option. Not on the original payment transaction from my customer, not on the USPS payment transaction from me, nowhere.
In this particular case, the buyer notified me of desiring a different shipping address after I had already made out the label, so a new one was printed out & attached to the package. In trying to void the original label, I am coming up with no options. Are the USPS First Class International shipping labels UNABLE to be voided, perhaps? I see that Priority International & Express International CAN, but I'm seeing no mention of First Class International.

Thanks for writing, Sumiko~
Unfortunately, there is nothing on that shipping transaction detail page that will let me void the label. Frustrating, for sure.
No, this wasn't through an eBay listing -- it was BrickLink (which is somewhat similar, but all LEGO items). Their site doesn't have the tools to void a label. It all goes through the PayPal transactions.
I've been able to void labels plenty of times in the past. This time, I'm wondering if maybe I can't because of it being a First Class International envelope?

Hey Friend,
If is an Ebay sale you could go to Ebay Click My Ebay scroll down and on the left hand side you will see shipping labels click on it.
You will go to shipping labels find the label and void out.It will take I think 10 or 15 days for your refund.I hope this helps you out.
Good Luck.

Thank you, Bulldogger5~
Unfortunately, it's not an eBay sale (it's through BrickLink), so I don't have all the same options, darn it. I do appreciate you taking the time to help!

When you click on the postage transaction in PayPal, look for 'Click here to see shipment information' link. Click that and scan the page for the void label option. If you can't find that, click "contact seller" on that page.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

Thanks, SharpieMarker~
Unfortunately, that option is not available to me. I think I will just have to call PayPal in the morning, darn it.
