So what's the secret trick to getting PayPal labels to print full size to a Zebra 4x6 label. PayPal does this from time to time. I've jacked with the settings all day and it keeps printing labels that are more stamp size than shipping label size. Everything is readable but it doesn't scan, and heaven forbid a gubmint employee at USPS have to do extra work and type in the barcode.
I ran into the same problem when I installed my Zebra printer just recently. I think I resolved it by going into the advanced printer settings and making sure the print dimensions are 4x6. I think I also had to make the Zebra my default printer. The problem may be with your other printer settings overriding Zebra's. Hope this helps!
