Paypal Debit card at Walmart and Shell

Hello, my paypal card doesnt seem to work when used at Shell gas stations and just today didnt work at Walmart.

was under the impression the card was accepted anywhere mastercard is accepted? has worked just fine at other locations and gas stations

if business debit card,it has been having problem for more than a year,

Yes, I was at Walmart yesterday and my business Debit card did not work there. Some employee told me that these specific Paypal cards do not work there...

I was just declined at a WalMart gas station. I called PayPal and was told they are starting to be more secure with places like WalMart and gas stations.  I have used my PayPal card for over four years and WalMart several times a week with no issue until today.  It has something to do with having a zero balance for large periods of time without transferring from your backup acct to your PayPal acct.  I never have a balance on my PP. I only use it because I get 1% back on purchases and an extra day for purchases to process.

BTW, my account is not a business account.

Wow that sucks. I always have a balance since i got the card. Guess cant rely on it as much as i thought i could.
