Hi I run a software company and we have a customer in djibouti for which we have de develop a web application which needs payment.
Basically want we want to do is simple:
1) Allow end users to connect to web site and pay for service using paypal
2) Allow the customer to see end users payments and withdraw payments from paypal account to local bank account
The customer is based in Djibouti.
Is it possible . It's not clear in the documentation and posts if transfer from paypal account to djibouti local bank account is possible.
