Possible to get money out of PayPal account without a debit card?

Is it possible to get money out of my PayPal account without a debit card? I had to apply for a new debit card today due to issues I was having with a certain company. I don't have time to transfer the funds to my bank account, so I was hoping that there was a way to maybe go into a store that supports PayPal Cash and getting the money from them. Is this possible?

If not... Are there any other ways of getting the cash?  I am desperate because I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow and I really need to have my co-payment of $35.00 by then and there is no money in my bank account.

And how long does it normally take to receive a PayPal Debit Card through the mail?

if you have a friend in your area who has a paypal account,send him the money,ask him to withdraw his fund from ATM
