Does anyone know if email addresses ending in qq.com are legit?
The Registrar of the domain is some tech company in China. So if you received a "PayPal" notification with that domain as the sender be very cautious.
Apparently, QQ.com is like a Google, ATT/yahoo, aol, etc. A chinese search engine, with news, entertainment news, etc features with email account capabilities. If you do not feel comfortable in transacting with this person, cancel the order.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
