Registered through Verisign

Hi everyone,

 

I have a question that PayPal cannot answer. We registered for PayFlow through Verisign before PayPal bought them, so we do not have a PayPal business account. PayPal say you need to have a Business account to have a PayFlow account but we don't!

 

I need to to be able to change the bank account the money gets sent to and of course I cannot do this because you can't change this when logged into PayFlow, only when you are in your Business account!

 

Any help is appreciated!
