Subscription Reporting

Hello,
I have several different monthly subscription plans that my customers can choose, and some choose up to all. While the "Recurring Payments Dashboard" is helpful, it is limiting to the amount of data I can generate at once. I have over 1000 Active Subscriptions. New subscribers only show in the New category for 5 days, so this doesn't give me a good snapshot of how many new Subscriptions I would have in the 12 days my customers can sign up in.
I would really like to be able to not only report on all active subscriptions, but all those that have cancelled and any new subscriptions - to market these groups better.
What am I missing? Is there an easier way to do this?
Thanks!
Janelle

Thanks a lot. I had seen this program and requested a trial actually right before my post here.
I got to thinking, why isn't this something that PayPal offers of its system to their business customers? I hate to have to pay another company to parse my data from PayPal, when it seems like such an easy thing for them to incoporate into their setup.
Any other suggestions are still welcome! I'll take a look at this trial of PaySketch.
Thanks again!

I wouldn't be surprised if PayPal end up buying out Pay Sketch one of these days. It is certainly another revenue stream.
From what I can see from the problems people are having with their accounts in general on these forums, they got their hands full just handling what that, to be expanding features. It's a good idea no doubt. 🙂
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

Sigh.
Well, I ended up purchasing PaySketch, and while it's helpful to look at holistically, it's not helpful when I'd like to report on certain things, like subscriptions - or see what my active subscriptions are - unless I look at each transaction one by one. I have many sub options and overall 1000 customers subscribing plus buying from my shop. Hopefully some features come out to make it more robust!
Appreciate the insight and help!

I went the route of PaySketch and I can only state my experince now, which has been pretty bad. At first I thought everything was working just great until I started noticing discrepencies between PayPal and PaySketch reports. Then the software itself started to malfunction. I'm currently sitting with a unresponsive support team with a tech that refuses to acknolwedge, despite proof, that the data isn't being pulled correctly. There's no end in sight for me to receive support and the program is rendered useless. I would caution anyone looking to rely on this program who runs a medium to large "small" business (I have over 2000 transactions/month and around 1400 subscriptions/month).
The program took about 4-5 days of literal constant running to fetch all of the transactions for the past 2 years when I first set it up. For the last several weeks it's been trying to sync my data but can't. It skips days and hangs up endlessly. It's 100% useless for 2 weeks now, and previous to that I was pulling reports with missing information (unaware that the information was missing until I started to compare between PayPal and PaySketch.)
I think it would be amazing if it actually worked and if support actually responded to issues in a timely manner. Their site states 24 hours, but it's more like 2.5 days at best.

PaySketch worked pretty well for me in the beginning......until I upgraded and purchased the lifetime license.
Now it keeps saying my license is suspended, even though it says the license expires doesn't expire until 2026, I am unable to use it. This has been going on for many months.
Even though their support team has tried and tried to fix this problem, they have not been successful.
I have requested a refund, but now they don't respond to my emails anymore.
I am thoroughly disappointed, because I liked the program. I hate getting burned like this. I wish they would just downgrade my license so I could use it again, and issue a refund.
