Telus shipping refund is a scam

This advertised benefit is fraudulent in that huge hurdles are put in the requestors way to discourage collection of any refund on the benefit.  Paypal/Telus already has all the requested info, and they make the process exceedingly complex so that the user gives up.

It marketed as sounding good, but nearly impossible to collect unless one does everything exactly correct and does all the laborious paperwork, keeping abolute total and scrupulous records.

Shame on you PayPal !

As one should keep scrupulous records and do everything correct to the terms.

I have sent the receipts 3 times now. Nothing happens. Phone Paypal and the customer service do not know anything about???

One thing that bugs me is why Paypal gets associated with this if does not work? Gonna lose costumers  because do not inspire trust.
