Using a registration form

I am helping a friend and I need to have a registration form for my clients that pay for a course I am teaching.  I would like to have the form available right after payment so they complete the information I need and then submit it to me.   I know there are some form sites that do integrate with PayPal but all are too pricy at this moment and their free versions do not allow enough forms/responses for my needs.

I know that I can set up a google form that will work, I just need help on how to set up the link with the payment.

FYI  her new build site does not alow forms to be inserted (not good but I love the rest of the layout).

Actually you would need to collect the info you need before proceeding to the PayPal Checkout Screens.  Depending on how much data you need and what functions you want the form to do, you may need the assistance of a Developer.  Assuming you have a PayPal Business account and you're going to use Payments Standard, the online button creator my be able to generate the code you need as you can include things like multiple text input boxes and various price options.  You first need to decide what functions you want it to do, then do you need an Add to Cart or Buy Now button code.  If the form requires some kind of calculations like one selection is based on another, then that would require a bit of custom scripting - which is something the online button creator cannot do but, a Developer could.

Thank you for replying.  I understand that I need extra coding for the button.

What I was hoping to find out was what html do I need to use (final line of coding?) that would take my client's customers from the paypal payment site to the form on google docs.   I know that there is code that "returns" the payee to the original website special page, I want them to go to google docs.

I hope I am making myself more clear now.
