Were do I find the Annual financial summary?

I used to be able to download the Annual Financial Summay to help figure out the stuff I need  (Paypal Fees, Refunds, etc) to help with my taxes. Now the link does not work anymore:

Click Reports in the main menu at the top.  On the left, click Financial Summaries, then Annual Financial Summary on the right.

If you have personal account, go to Activity > Statements > Reporting Center > Financial Summaries > Annual Financial Summary

REPORTING does not come up when you go to Account or History

very very surprised by the poor customer service since PayPal is not a 

bargain

The problem is that those reports are not longer available.  Clicking on any page brings up a dead report blank with instructions to go to statements where new reports can be generated.  Further exacerbating the problem is that the custom statements aren't ready for prime time and nothing is similar to the previous live reports.

It's frustrating when developers need to prove their importance by taking away a working solution something incomplete.

After refreshing the page came back up. Had connection reset error. Probably something on the server side temporarily

Re-load goes to the new static format rather than the summaries from the past.

   When I click on statements there is no link for  REPORTS ???

report is a tab on top of the page.
