Were do I find the Annual financial summary?

I used to be able to download the Annual Financial Summay to help figure out the stuff I need  (Paypal Fees, Refunds, etc) to help with my taxes. Now the link does not work anymore:

I had same question.  Took a while to find it.

On the Activity page.  At the top of the rows (of purchases, sales, etc.) on the right hand side, just above the dollar (currency) amount, is a link 'Statements'.  That's where you need to go.

I have done that but those are just monthly statements. Is there a Statement that shows cleanly the fees charged, revenue generated, refunds given?

Even the monthly reports leave you to manually add up every fee and refund...
