very light printed label - will it work?

My ink almost ran out while printing 24 multi-order labels and I didn't see it until it was done.  I tried to "reprint" but Im getting a message that i cannot reprint after 24 hours.  It was almost $75 in postage so I do NOT want to lose all this money!  Any idea how "light" a label can be and still go through USPS?  OR, other idea to reprint these labels now that I got new ink but it's outside the 24 hour original window?

When I print labels they are from a PDF file which is also saved to a temp dowload file; check your computer for such files.

If the labels do not have sufficient contrast for accurate scanning there will be problems.  Perhaps they will be misdirected or perhaps they will be knocked out to a manual sorting service or returned to you or lost.

You take one to the local PO and ask them to test scan.

It depends on the urgency and the risk you want to take.

you can also trace it with a dark pen if the letters are too light for the mailman to read.

not sure about the tracking number though/
