Hi, it is my first time to use PayPal, and I linked my CIBC account toPayPalypal account, I just completed a transaction with my CIBC account. It shows that the transaction is completed but there are no changes on my bank account （didn;t cost any money）, I am not sure what is going on right now 😞
When you pay a seller it is never instant > paypal CREDIT the seller and mark the transaction completed so you get your item promptly.
Then paypal take the wait for your funds to transfer from your bank account. Funds can leave your account from about 2 hours up to a couple of days later.
