I was looking to purchase new longsleeved shirts and i found this website onlibe. I checked all the reviews and it seemed legit. Also, checked the slller's reviews and he was cool. So i went on to purchase the shirts, they arrived and i noticed they were fake and short sleeved. I messaged the seller about it, he asked me to send him pictures which i did. After, he asked me to send him the shirts back. At Canadapost, i wanted shipping with a tracking number but I was told then that shipping with tracking number was 4 weeks and the one without tracking number would only take 2 weeks. I chose the one without tracking number cos i was really starting to be impatient and worried cos i purchased the fake same price as the original. On the third week, the seller stopped communicating with me until i threatened to file a dispute. Then, he replied me saying he hasn't recived the shirts. I was relieved again. Now it's over four weeks he won't reply, just filed a dispute on paypal and i get this "We're unable to decide this claim in your favor at this time. PayPal's Buyer Complaint Policy applies to the shipment of goods but not to disputes about merchandise quality." from paypal now my case has been closed. The seller still hasn't replied. I've pictures of the shirts. I feel really stupid or maybe i fell for this cos the price was the same as the orginal and he had good reviews. Now, i don't even know what to do next if paypal can't help me get my money back.

The only thing now is if you paid by ccard ask your card provider/bank if they can help you chargeback
ioffer are known for selling fakes I too learned the hard way but my dispute was different
