Hello, I am wondering where paypal gets it's exchange rate information as it is not accurate. I want to send $6.00 U.S. to the U.S. How come it it is costing me $6.11 Canadian to do that when the Canadian dollar is currently more valuable and has been for days now? How frequently do you keep track of the currency exchange rate? Since I can not cancel this payment which is now going to fail and make me look like an idiot cause your using an out of date exchange rate.
