How could i cancil a pending payment

PayPal pending payment always takes a week to complete, but i want a faster way, so i chose another way to pay.

Now i need to cancil this payment, but i can't find where to click  the ''CANCIL''

You can't cancel a pending echeque but your seller can. Ask them to cancel it for you;
