I have been through all sorts of help topics, but none of the answers are in that pages they say to find them. I paid for an item on a site that says free shipping. Then I received another invoice for the same cost to ship it. So I requested before to have my money refunded and cancel the order. There is no my account tab on my phone. There is no open a dispute. I even trie dot hit cancel on the open invoice and it only takes me to the invoice. Contact us takes me only to help topics that are t helping. Argh!
