Im trying to buy a digtal gift card from paypal DIGTAL GIFT CARDS.

I have money already inside of my paypal balance, now oviously when i go to check out it would say

( "Sorry, we can’t complete your purchase at this time.Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay." )

I live in the US could this be something wrong with the gift card ??
