Since a few weeks i have a checking and a US Visa Card from RBC Bank (Georgia), N.A. in United States. Because it is a subsidiary of RBC Royal Bank of Canada, by default the address on file is a Canadian one. So i have us account from US Bank with canadian address. When i try to add both account to Paypal Canada Account:
-For checking account, simple i add routing and account number and it works.
-For US Credit card, i can add it, but i get charged with Border Fees everytime i use it because Paypal Canada process the card in Canada. Is it possible for paypal to charge my credit card in USA instead or i have to get a American Address and then open a Paypal US account?
