How do I add friends and/or relatives as contacts so I can send them money?

I found it thanks to your guidance. For me it is:
Send & Request > More > Create an Invoice (Get Started button) > Settings (pull down) > Address Book > Add New Contact (button) > fill out form...
Could it be that the slight differences in menu choices I get is due to my not having a Business account?

Send /request > request invoice > settings top of page > click on address book in the drop down box > add an email addy.
