I'm trying to find out the difference between Paypal personal and premiere accounts and the fees associated with them.

Personal accounts  This account is ideal if you shop online. With a Personal account, you can make payments on eBay or other retail websites, or you can use PayPal to send and receive personal payments from friends and family.

Premier accounts  Premier accounts are for people who buy and sell regularly online. You can shop on eBay and on hundreds of retail websites, or send and receive money from friends and family. You can also accept credit card, debit card and bank account payments when you sell on eBay or on your own website. Premier accounts operate under your name (not under a business name).

Business accounts  Business accounts are for businesses transacting online. With a Business account you have all the capabilities of a Premier account, but you can also operate under your company or business name. In addition, Business accounts have multi-user access, so you can assign permissions to employees to access the  PayPal account.

Note: You can have one Personal account and one Premier or Business account. However, each PayPal account must contain unique email addresses and financial information. You may upgrade your account at any time.

I've read 121212 times which good for who, but i've never got any information about, the fees and costs.

All say that the fees are on personal and premiere are the same. If that is the case, then why does personal account exists?

I'm sure there is a plus cost for premiere account above personal account cost. How much, what is charged, and when?

Hi sanyix, and welcome to the forums!

You're right, there is little difference between a Personal and a Premier account if you're only going to have one account. However, if one wishes to have an account separate from another account that they use for conducting business and use it only for buying, a Personal account is in order.

I hope this helps!
