Hello. I had a random 14 dollar fee from Paypal. It said:
Electronic Funds Transfer PREAUTHORIZED DEBIT PAYPAL PTE LTD
I have submitted a form in the Resoulution Centre but they didn't refund or send me an email.
How long will it take Paypal to respond my Resoulution? I submitted the form a week ago.

Depends as it sounds as if you authorised the payment via your subscriptions, to check go here >>>
Paypal summary page > profile (spanner looking icon next to log out) > bottom right paypal settings > pre-approved payments.
It says no information available.
Do you know about how long PayPal will respond to my resolution form?
