How long does paypal take to clear a negative balance?

I made 4 payments through paypal but although they were paid the bank returned the payments total £22.95- as not enough money to cover which has left me with a £22.95 neg balance on my paypal account.  Although these have been represented to the bank and have been cleared so paypal have been paid,  how long do paypal take to clear the negative balance?

Typically it takes 5-7 working days from the time the bank send the funds to PayPal.  I hope the issue has been resolved by now.
