I got charged twice for the same purchase. Paypal deducted $409.31 twice making the total $818.62 deducted from my bank. I tried to get help from their system but it does not seem to be able to report this. They simply cancelled my problem as the purchase was completed. So I am out $409.31 and no way to resolve.
I'm sorry to hear about the duplicate charge, that can definitely be frustrating! I would advise following the steps listed here to dispute the second charge. Hopefully this information helps!
