I have been scamed through PayPal PLEASE HELP!

I got an email on Saturday saying "You sent $202.00 USD to ****someone***"

At first I ignored it thinking this fraudsters are up to no good again.

Then realized on Sunday that the same amount of money was taken out of my account then I became so furious because my boyfriend told me the previous day that with PayPal I've got nothing to worry about.

I've not used Paypal since I created the account for close to a year now.

I then reported through the resolution centre, and also called I was told it would be resolved.

Only for me to receive a mail today that " We have reviewed this transaction(s) and are denying your case(s). This decision was made because this transaction was not unauthorized."

Just like that, I feel so cheated. I was so angered and felt what is all this talk about security and protection through PayPal all about if a fraudster could get away with this so easy without no form of protection for me whatsoever.
