Someone contacted me to rent my condo few days ago, and recently told me that he had sent me the rent plus 1000 dollars as shipping fee for his stuff. Because he want me to make a transaction about the shipping fee for him. And I received some emails from "PayPal" which say I the money transferred from him is been secured until I send the receipt of shipping fee to "PayPal". I'm not sure it's true or fake, could someone help me about that, please?
(Because he want me to do it today, and PayPal costumer service agents are too busy...)
