Hello community,
When I woke up this morning, I realized an email by paypal (official one) and went to check my paypal account to make sure it was fine.
There was a transaction 3 days ago, which was not done by me 100% sure because I haven't used my paypal or either made a transaction that day.
My bank account is now empty, my credit card is loaded.
I didn't know what to do, so I searched on paypal resolution center and opened a dispute to mention I didn't made that transaction and hopefully get a refund. Then I ran anti-spyware , anti-virus programs on offline mode to check if I was infected. Then I changed all my password from any important account I have. Activated the double secure thing which require an extra digital number sent on my phone for paypal to log in.
So it's been a good 10 hours since I opened my dispute and still no news. Thing is I need my money to get food, travel, and stuff .. It's kind a hurry.
Is there any other actions I should take ? which one please help me out.
Thanks,
Alex,

Well paypal are waiting on the sellers response so you just have to wait until paypal finish the investigation.
Good luck.
