Monthly donations - Skipped Payment

I have a Business account. 
My customers have successfully processed monthly payments to me on their end. 
I keep getting "Payment Skipped" notification emails with no explanation on HOW to fix this. 

 

If you know how I can setup monthly donations from my customers successfully, I'd appreciate it.
