So, I use My Vanilla Visa Reloadable Card as my primary banking since they provide me with an account number and a routing number as well as availability for direct deposits... So my question is am I able to set up this account with my PayPal? I provided my information and tried setting it up and received a message say cannot be completed try again later... I'm not sure if it's because my account is limited since it's still reviewing my information or is it due to the "bank" I am currently using?
