PAYPAL PTE LTD MSP on my bank statement but not on my paypal

So my situation is,

i had 339 cdn taken from my bank account on feb 02, 2016, from PAYPAL PTE LTD MSP, I quickly called my bank and had that transaction cancelled, but because my bank and paypal both said it's probably a mistake, nothing was done.

on feb 04, 2016, $339 was taken again, but when i called paypal, they said the amount did NOT come from my paypal account. So I asked my bank to do an investigation. At this point they can't cancel the transaction, because they have to investigate and see if I'm the one causing the problem.

But all they did was call paypal!....and I happened to have a $339 transaction made last year, so they basically settled the case by saying i was inquiring about this amount.

I had 3 more transactions from PAYPAL PTE LTD MSP after that, after I closed my old chequing account and opened a new one. ( my bank advisor made a mistake when closing my chequing account but he refuse to admit he made a mistake)

Again, I could not find out anything from PAYPAL, so I called my bank, and because they could not find anything similar from my previous paypal transactions, they couldn't settle my case. so then they rejected my dispute.

Here comes the fun part, my bank advisor basically hinted that I was lying and these must be preapproved payments made by me, and because it happened again after I closed and opened a new account (the mistake my bank made and won't admit), that I must be the one making those transactions.

Is anyone in a similar situation, did anyone eventually find out where those money are going to? WHY is it that it cannot be viewed from out paypal account? I need some clues!

Here’s how to cancel a subscription or recurring payment:

Paypal summary page > profile (spanner looking icon next to log out) > bottom right paypal settings > pre-approved payments.
