You can use the card for purchases however, you can't move funds from the card to your PayPal Account Balance. Another thing to be aware of about prepaid paid cards, there has to be a name and address registered with the card issuer. That info must match the same info you used to setup your PayPal Account with, else, there's a good chance PayPal won't accept the card.
