1) How do I remove "Line Item Amount Offset" line on the Paypal invoice?
2) "Subtotal mismatch behavior" - How would the results differ if I chose "Add another line item" VS "Do not send line item to Paypal"? Invoice, payment, etc...
3) When billing and shipping address are different, is there any way to have paypal autopopulate with the actual billing address? It seems to pull the shipping address into the billing fields.
