Removing fees - help!

Hi, I added a credit card to paypal and got charged around 2$. It wanted me to enter a 4 digit pin but that will take a while to receive. If I removed the credit card, will I get the 2$ back or will it be lost? Thanks.

Once you have entered in the code and verified your card paypal will refund the $2.

Then you would have to re-verify your card and another $2 dollars will be deducted and a new code sent...you would lose the first $2.

Can't say why you would want to do that though.
