If you are buying something then yes the seller pays a fee.
If you are using the family / friends option then you will pay currency conversion charges and the receiver will pay cross border charges.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

What are the conversion charges on 1000 USD ? I have a USD bank account does this mean no conversion charges need be charged? I would use the Friends/Family option so what would be the cross border charges on 1000 USD.
Thank you
