how to add us credit card to canadian account

i am a canadian citizen, with rbc bank accounts in canada and RBC Georgia, and both canadian and US Credit cards. i can add the US BANK Account but an adding the US credit card it only allows a canadian billing address.

do i have to make my billing address for the US bank a canadian address?

I have a similar problem except my US credit card has an official US billing address (I lease a room in the US for business). The Canadian PayPal account does not allow me to enter this US address.

I eventually set up a second PayPal account with a second email address for the us card. My billing address is a rental home in the USA.
