I am planning to start an auction type Website that will be promoting the exchange of adult websites. I wanted to know if PayPal will allow the sale of an adult content website. I would like to us PayPal for this money transfer between uusers. I just need to lnow if PayPal will allow this???
That is a very good question, here's the best option to find out. If you email aup@paypal.com, they would be able to give you the best answer. That would be our Acceptable Use Policy group, and they would decide if PayPal could be used for something like you're thinking about. My gut reaction would be 'no' as it's connected to adult material (since that would violate our Acceptable Use), but really they're the best ones to answer your question.
