Anybody getting temporarily unable to load page error message?

I've been getting the following message after trying to make a payment via credit or debit card? Any Suggestions? This has been happening since early in the morning on 1-20-16 up until now on 1-21-16. I can make any payment when accessing any money already in the paypal account..., however there's only a few cents in there at the time.  This is what the error message says: Temporarily unable to load page. This may be due to temporary problems with our servers, or you may have been disconnected from the Internet. If you're connected to the Internet, try reloading the page at a later time. We apologize for the inconvenience.

I've noticed it's still the same error even when I switched to a different computer.

I just contacted paypal through facebook. They did reply back.  I'll leave the status of what they say here. Hopefully they'll resolve this issue soon.

I have gotten that message for the past month. Last time I got it I ended up getting late fees because by the time I called Paypal it was too late on the due date to pay online. I was ASSURED I would not be charged a late fee nor would the small Promotional Balance I had left be charged interest.

 

Yep, Got a bill, Late fee, Interest on promotional balance not waived when paid by phone the following day. Called Paypal...no documentation of me talking to someone who said I wouldn't be charged interest and made up some flaky thing, like it was to protect my account because I logged in from a "strange" computer.

 

I used 4 different computers back in July throughout that day and ALL got same message. Took a picture with my phone and sent to man I talked to from PayPal and NEVER NEVER heard anything back.

 

Sent email to PAYPAL...was told it would be addressed by "leadership team". STILL have not heard back. Then same thing happened when I went to pay this month's bill. 

 

Time to get on social media and shame Paypal!
