I had sold something. . I had asked for paypal as safe.. The buyer is saying the item is not recieved.. even tho I posted first class last Thursday. .. asking for refund yet I can't trace my goods... I sent pictures of package and getting g posted in postbox... can I do.anything

You can either refund on your own or wait for the buyer to file a claim for non-receipt with PayPal and PayPal will do the refund.
PayPal REQUIRES documented proof of delivery with a tracking number from the postal service or other shipping service.
PayPal IS safe, but PayPal will not protect from poor judgement
